Originally from North Carolina, I graduated from Harvard College in 2024 with an A.B. cum laude in Physics with an emphasis in Biophysics and with a secondary in Ethnicity, Migration, and Rights. I joined this lab to learn about psychiatry clinical research techniques and advances in the field as I apply to medical school!In the lab, I am interested in exploring how sleep impacts mental health as well as learn new technical skills such as tDCS and EEG. Long term, I am interested in understanding how the subconscious mind and sleep influences our health and advocating for holistic approaches to well-being in my future practice as a doctor. Outside of the lab, I enjoy writing, reading, dancing, and spending time outside.
