The New England Mental Health Technology Transfer Center Network (MHTTC) hosted another webinar led by Tony Cunningham, Ph.D., a postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Boston College as he expanded upon his previous webinar discussion on the importance of sleep during the pandemic. In this presentation, Dr. Cunningham discussed some of the findings from sleep research conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic, including results from his Boston College COVID-19 Sleep and Well-Being study.

The New England Mental Health Technology Transfer Center Network (MHTTC) hosted a webinar led by Tony Cunningham, Ph.D., a postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Boston College. This webinar highlighted the importance of prioritizing sleep to help combat the spread of COVID19, the role of sleep in helping to maintain mental and physical health under current social restrictions, and the logistics of continuing sleep research during a pandemic.

Dr. Tony Cunningham’s presentation as a grad student finalist for the first ever 3 Minute Thesis competition at the University of Notre Dame. In this talk, Dr. Cunningham had 3 minutes to briefly describe his early research related to the relationship between sleep and emotional memory processing.
